San Felipe Commercial Mortgage
was formed in 1996. Since inception, SFCM has handled
a complete array of financing transactions for clients
on a variety of property types. The company approaches
each transaction with a fresh analysis of the client’s
needs, with up-to-date knowledge of real estate capital
markets. Multi-family, office, retail, industrial,
land development, hospitality, self-storage, construction,
golf course/recreational are some of the project types
SFCM has successfully handled for clients.
The company has established solid, credible relationships
with a variety of investors/lenders including commercial
banks, life companies, credit companies, investment
banking conduits and non-traditional direct lenders.
Our job is to analyze a client’s financing needs
and arrange financing customized for his or her particular
property or development.

Bob Dunn formed
the company in 1996. Bob holds undergraduate and graduate
degrees in finance and accounting from the University
of Texas at Austin and the University of Houston,
respectively; has 15 years of banking industry experience,
including 8 years as president of two successful commercial
banks; and he has been active in the commercial mortgage
business since 1990.
Bob brings 25+ years of finance and real estate experience
to each assignment he undertakes for a client. He
is a licensed Real
Estate Broker and a licensed Mortgage Broker. Most
importantly he sits in the client’s chair in
working with each transaction, successfully negotiating
the tricky waters of matching the right financing
package with the subject property in order to maximize
that property’s potential for the client.
